Onslow Fitness’s Jacksonville health club offers a variety of fitness options for seniors, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:45 AM, that will leave you energized, not injured! Front and center in our programs for seniors are our SilverSneakers classes. Designed specifically for our senior members, these classes use handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball for resistance. There are standing exercises and seated exercises using chairs.

Our Silver Sneakers classes can be adapted to the student’s fitness and ability level and emphasize flexibility, balance, mobility, circulation, and breathing. Check with your health insurance provider to see if they will cover your classes and membership at our Jacksonville gym!
