Training begins with a free coaching session. During this one-on-one appointment, you will meet with a personal trainer to discuss your goals and the most effective solutions for achieving them. Orientations led by one of our certified trainers are available to introduce you to our fitness center in Jacksonville.

From there, choose from our many different training options based on your goals. Personal training is ideal for beginners, members training hard but not getting the desired results, training for a special event or training around a certain injury or medical condition, or those just needing a change.

Do you thrive on a group dynamic? Take advantage of small group training or try out our team training Foundations, Afterburn, or Industrial Strength programs.

If you’re self-motivated and want to benefit from our certified trainers’ expertise but don’t need them at your side each time you come to the gym, try Individualized Program Design. Coaching sessions are held every 4-6 weeks to adjust the direction of your fitness program and keep you on course.
