Team Ozone personal training is heart rate based training (supplemented by Myzone heart rate monitors) to bust calorie burn and maximize your activity time for best weight loss results. MyZone™ belts are used to help you track your progress during the session and logs your activity over time.

Team Ozone Performance Training is run as team training class with a max of 10-15 people and is offered 5 days a week for your convenience.
