Group Fitness Classes
LES MILLS BODYPUMP
A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you’ll get a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. (45 and 50 min)
LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. You’ll learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. No experience needed. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door. (55 Min)
LES MILLS SPRINT
30-minute HIIT workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. The 30 minutes you put into this workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest to rev your metabolism.
Invigorate and improve your cardiovascular conditioning, total body strength, and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the shallow water to give you safe and fun aquatic workout. (55 min)
Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. (55 min)
LES MILLS BODYATTACK
A a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories. (45 and 55 min)
LES MILLS BODYSTEP
A full-body cardio and muscle conditioning step-based group class to lift your fitness and tone your butt and legs. (45 min)
Bring outdoor cycling experience indoors! Motivating music and instruction will inspire you through a variety of terrain to include flats, hills, jumps, and sprints for an outstanding cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat! (45 min)

Les Mills GRIT
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plates, and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. (30 min)
Freedom Barre ®
Graceful but intense, Freedom Barre uses a ballet aesthetic to combine the three key elements you need for a fully toned and balanced body: Strength, Balance and Flexibility. (45 and 55 min)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. (55 min)
