Similar to EPOC Session, but more emphasis on core work with exercises such as planks on a Bosu, crunches with a medicine ball, or leg rotations. A high intensity interval training workout that will max your heart rate in a 60 minute session. Clients can use a MyZone belt to track their efforts and calories burned during the session. You won’t use traditional cardio machines, instead this session includes bouts of cardio intervals done through exercises such as Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Planks, and more.
