21-Day Kickstart at Onslow Fitness



Each group workout is designed to increase your functional strength, minimize injuries and boost your body’s metabolism. Hands down, this is the best fat-loss workout available. At Onslow Fitness we offer 3 different Team Training Programs that can be combined to give you the  proper balance between strength training and metabolic conditioning that your body needs to reach your goals. 


In a Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training to meet your goals and movement quality. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified coaches in our Small Group format (2-5 people). In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific individual goals. It’s just as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost with the added motivation of your workout partners.

Group Fitness Classes

We offer instructor-led and virtual fitness classes in a wide range of group class formats so there’s always something to fit your mood and your schedule, no matter your fitness level. Our instructors will motivate, inspire, and empower you to give your best, all in a non-intimidating environment meant to keep you coming back for more.  Break a sweat in one of our instructor-led Group Fitness Classes or our On-Demand LES MILLS Virtual Fitness Classes. Find your fit!

Enjoy 24/7 access with the kickstart program to Onslow Fitness and unlimited access to Team Training Sessions, Group Fitness Classes, and the entire full-service fitness facility!

Flexible Training Sessions


 Your 6 small group training sessions are scheduled at your convenience during our staffed training hours 5:00 am – 9:00 pm. We have trainers available all day so that you can set your appointment when it works for you.



Our Large Team Training sessions and Live Group Fitness classes are offered at varied class times from early morning to late evening. See our schedules below for more details.

Virtual Classes

If you are looking for guidance through a workout at a time other than our live class times, we have virtual classes offered ALL DAY LONG! Any time we don’t have a live class going on, we invite you to follow along with one of our various virtual classes, with over 150 options to choose from each week!

Huge Success with 21-Day Kickstart!

At the beginning of 2016, I was looking to change my lifestyle in regards to my health and fitness status. As I looked into different options, Onslow Fitness was beginning a 21 Day Kickstart Program which I knew little about, but signed up to participate.

I have since joined Onslow Fitness and my motivation to come to the workouts is higher than ever. I have gotten to a healthy fitness level that I could not achieve without the help of the entire Village fitness staff, and I feel GREAT!

My brother and sister-in-law signed up for the 21 Day Kickstart Program in March and talked me into joining them. Pleased with losing weight and inches, I signed up for a 3-week extension to the program and eventually joined Onslow Fitness, as a full-time member. I enjoy the variety of classes offered; the trainers and staff know my name, and I like that they work with my fitness level to make adjustments. It’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all approach here.

More importantly, I feel at home, unlike other gyms I have tried. I’m now addicted to the gym and feel guilty when I miss a day.

I participated in the 21 Day Kickstart Program. The workouts were hard at first for this couch potato, and I could barely walk a week into the high-intensity training. Soon after, however, getting fit became addicting and I was seeing results.

After the 21 Day Kickstart, I added an additional 3 weeks, then finally joined Onslow Fitness full time and now go to Afterburn 2 to 3 days a week, plus do some resistance training. I really appreciate the personal approach and a friendly atmosphere. Thanks, Onslow Fitness.
