This EPOC Session has an emphasis on glutes! You’ll be doing squats mixed with alternating kicks and lunges, and squats with pulses and overhead presses. Cardio done on traditional cardio machines, ex. treadmills, rowers, bicycle and ellipticals. Clients can use a MyZone belt to track their efforts and calories burned during the session. A high intensity interval training work out for 60 minutes will have all your muscles burning!
