Strength and cardio built-in with multiple sets of strength training using adjustable dumbbells with an increased intensity. Also, develop the after burn effect as in EPOC, but now you’re doing more toning and shredding. Clients can use a MyZone belt to track their efforts and calories burned during the session. You won’t use traditional cardio machines, but do short, quick 20 bursts with a 10 second rest. Exercises include Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Skaters, Speed and Agility, etc.
